Accounts and saved links
You can search without an account. Signing in provides account identifiers and your email through email, Google or Apple sign-in. Account services manage passwords and sessions. Saved video links belong to your account and are not publicly listed. We store links, not copies of creators' videos.
Searches and activity
Your query, selected country and optional approximate area are sent to our search provider, Firecrawl, to find results. Viral records daily topic totals without attaching user IDs. Common emails, phone numbers and other numeric identifiers are redacted before recording, but this filter cannot detect every personal detail. Do not include sensitive information in searches. Only authorized administrators can see registered-user counts and aggregate topics, not individual search histories.
Optional For you recommendations
Recommendations are off until you enable them. When enabled, Viral saves your search interests for your account across visits. Learning from video links you open requires its own separate switch. Viral does not listen to conversations or secretly use your microphone. Turning recommendations off stops learning and recommendations; Clear removes saved interests. Interests remain stored while disabled unless you clear them.
Optional location
Location is requested only when you choose Use my location. Coordinates are rounded to approximately two decimal places and sent to OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service to identify an area. Viral does not save these coordinates or your selected area to your account; the country and area are used for video discovery during the visit. Turn off location or choose a country manually at any time. The location provider may process requests under its own policy.
Watching, opening and sharing videos
Official players for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram or Facebook load after you choose Watch here. These providers receive network and browser information and may use cookies, storage or their own account information. Their privacy policies and playback restrictions apply. Viral requests autoplay where supported; it does not bypass access restrictions or download protected videos. Opening the original or sharing a link leaves Viral or uses your device's sharing and clipboard services.
Atlas AI assistant
Messages you send to Atlas, including recent conversation context, are sent to an AI service through Lovable AI to generate replies. Chat messages are kept in the current page's memory rather than saved to a Viral account chat history. The service may retain operational records under its own terms. Do not send passwords, payment information or other sensitive details to Atlas.
Storage and service providers
Viral uses Lovable Cloud for account and application storage, Firecrawl for search, OpenStreetMap for area lookup, Lovable AI for Atlas and the selected video platforms for embeds. Essential browser storage keeps you signed in and remembers visit settings such as the splash screen. Hosting and connected services may process IP addresses, browser information, timestamps and diagnostic logs for delivery, security and reliability. Providers may process information in other countries.
Retention and your controls
Account details, saved links and recommendation preferences remain stored until removed through available controls or an account deletion request. Aggregate search totals currently have no automatic deletion period. Provider retention periods are controlled by their policies. You can remove saved links, clear interests, disable recommendation learning, revoke location in your browser and sign out. Signing out does not delete stored account data.
Younger visitors and safety
Viral applies conservative discovery filtering to visitors whose age is unknown, including younger visitors. This does not guarantee third-party content is suitable for every age. Viral does not intentionally seek sensitive personal information from children. Guardians should supervise use and use the source platforms' age and safety controls.
Requests and policy status
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to processing of your information. The site operator's legal identity, privacy contact and request process have not yet been supplied; those details must be added before treating this draft as a complete legal notice.
